30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on most standard products. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or replacement—no questions asked.
To qualify:
- Items must be in new, unused condition
- Products must be returned in original packaging with all components included
- Customized, special-order, or non-stock items may not be eligible for full refund and are evaluated case-by-case
Returns After 30 Days
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may still accept a return if:
- The product is unused and in original condition
- Returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%
- Some items may not be returnable, especially special-order products

Tell Us What Went Wrong
Explain why you're returning the item and if you’d prefer a refund or a replacement. If the item is defective, please include photos or a description. -
Prepare the Package
Securely repackage the item(s). Include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip for faster processing. -
Ship It Back
If the return is due to our error, we’ll provide a prepaid label. If it’s for another reason, return shipping is your responsibility.

Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the return, we typically process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible:
- Stock orders not yet shipped can be fully refunded
- Special orders may be canceled, less a 10% fee (deposit is non-refundable)
- Orders that have already shipped must follow the return policy above
Note: Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
