At Industrial Supply Parts, we know that fast, reliable delivery is just as important as the quality of the parts you order. That’s why we offer streamlined shipping services with flexible options tailored to meet the needs of your business.
Order Processing Time
- We aim to ship all in-stock items within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST typically begin processing the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- If your order includes custom, special-order, or backordered items, we will notify you of the estimated lead time before shipping.
Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options for customers in North America and internationally. During checkout, you can select the method that best suits your needs.
Standard Ground Shipping (North America)
- Default method for domestic orders
- Delivery typically within 3–7 business days
- Tracking information provided upon shipment
Expedited Shipping
- Available at checkout for an additional cost
- Includes services such as 2-Day, Overnight, or Express Saver
- Perfect for urgent projects or critical replacement parts
International Shipping (Economy Service)
- We offer affordable shipping to customers worldwide
- Standard economy international shipping is our default method
- Delivery time varies by location (typically 7–21 business days)
- Duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient
Note: Shipping timeframes do not include order processing time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Weight and dimensions of the order
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
Large or bulk orders may qualify for custom freight quotes. Please contact us directly for assistance.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and carrier info so you can monitor your shipment. You can also log in to your account to view shipping updates at any time.
Backorders & Partial Shipments
- If an item is out of stock, you’ll be notified immediately and provided with an estimated restock or delivery date.
- We may offer to split your shipment—shipping in-stock items first and sending the rest when available, at no extra cost.
Shipping Damage or Delivery Issues
- If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, notify us within 3 business days of delivery or expected delivery date.
- Save all packaging and contents so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.
- We’ll work with you to arrange a prompt replacement or refund as appropriate.
